One of the most beautiful and heartwarming books I’ve seen in the last months. Seen and not red because it is a silent book, without words. Nor that it needs, because the illustrations are so expresive and they are able to tell the story better that any text possible. So each reader can see the story he wants to see on the magic pages of the book. I admit, I haven’t heard of illustrator Pam Fong until now or seen her work. But with this great book she established herself in the order of great artists and illustrators of all time. And most important, at a personal level, she won my heart.
