There are a lot of classical stories that will always remain in children’s hearts. But the one imagined by L. Frank Baum will be hard to top.

The Wizard of Oz had been made in various adaptations, illustrated picture books or plays and films. The adventures of Dorothy and her companions is known and loved all over the world.

We have quite a collection of Wizards in our daughter’s library, the last addition being the Romanian version published by Humanitas Junior in 2026 and illustrated by the great artist Iacob Desideriu.
